Patty Bunce, OTR
Patty received her B.S. in Occupational Therapy, magna cum laude, from Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is NDT and SIPT trained and certified. Patty also holds a lifetime certificate from the State of Wisconsin to provide Occupational Therapy services to children in the public school sector, a position she held for 16 years in various school settings in the Milwaukee area. Additionally, she also worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center and was the OT for their Follow Through Clinic. While working in schools and medical settings, she has also served on the faculty at Mt. Mary University and has done extensive guest lecturing at other upper level educational settings. Having worked with the Learning Without Tears program for the past 17 years, Patty has been a National Presenter for LWT since 2001. She currently sees children privately and does school consulting both in Milwaukee and the Washington, D.C. area. After two years of study in the Washington, D.C. airspace, Patty received her private pilot’s license in the summer of 2013.
